Joachim described a setup where the computer refuses to boot if there is a linux-created partition table. One possible way out could be to use non-intel partition tables, if the computer assumes in that case that there is no partition table. Another possible solution would be to write a partition table with windows that has the required sizes, and not fix the IDs at all - it might be a bit tricky to get debian-installer into installing in "wrong" partitions, but might work also well in the end.
